Sunrise’s SunFlex® is the trade name for its sealant film series, designed specifically for lamination applications.
SunFlex® film is manufactured with sophisticated multilayer coextrusion technology.
Sunrise offers a variety of different sealant materials to meet customers’ specific needs. SunFlex® films have an aggressive sealant that is designed for high speed packaging process and for sealing against contamination.
SunFlex® films also have various functional features, such as peelable anti-static, anti-fog, re-sealable and retortable, etc. SunFlex® offers a high oxygen barrier version and medium oxygen barrier version products.
Other than the sealant films, Sunrise also offers printed laminates using its own SunFlex® sealant. Sunrise laminates are usually designed based on customer’s specific requirements.
